Hi Elisabeth,
the authentication of the chair's VPN is done based on your [ITO Account ID|https://wiki.ito.cit.tum.de/bin/view/Informatik/Helpdesk/Account/?language=en], so please comment it down in the Ticket. Additionally, you need to configure the chair's VPN profile by downloading the il1 profile from the [ITO's VPN Configuration Files|https://vpn.ito.cit.tum.de/] and configuring it in your VPN client. The ITO also provides a [wiki|https://wiki.ito.cit.tum.de/bin/view/CIT/ITO/Docs/Services/VPN/] for that, let me know if you run into any issues though.
