This is very likely, because there is an open complaint from the student. Please resolve the complaint and if the issue persists, please get back to us.

I accepted the complaint without adding any manual feedback and now the student gets 0% and I cannot see the detailed feedback. On the complaint screen it is still preliminary with 95%. 

I've fixed the issue for this instance for now. The specific issue that caused this will be investigated by our development team.

Hello, unfortunately we are again experiencing the same issue. Artemis shows a complaint assessment screen, even though the student has not submitted a complain yet. The result is displayed as not graded and preliminary. Below is a screenshot from the submissions of the student. (course id 508, exam id 959, programming exercise 18882, student go75ter)

Sorry for the long wait. It is fixed for those submissions now.

Thank you. One additional detail that might help with the inspection: the students experiencing this issue are always the same. go75ter had the problem in all 3 exercises this semester.
