Hi, there. The plugin used for the subtask is no longer maintained. We've replaced the functionality with another plugin.
The previous templates should have been migrated to the new plugin however there is not a slightly different syntax for the templates you can find here: https://jira-multiple-subtasks.codescape.de/syntax
