Hey folks,

since a couple of days, some of my build jobs are failing due to awkward reasons: Sometimes build tools were missing, sometimes GCC failed to work.

After Robert and I investigated further, we stopped the one runner-server which was failing all jobs (github-l-7) and the jobs were building again. We also encountered another runner which behaved weirdly (lost the name though..).

Could you please revise the GH runner setup and make sure that they are all capable of compiling and building all jobs? I lost about 10h on this problem yesterday :(

Also I'd be grateful if you'd leave github-l-4 untouched for now as it's working for sure ;)
