{quote}Your TUMonline user account "ga97kaw" loses its active status after 31.5.2025.
The status change is necessary because legal conditions and licensing regulations only permit the use of the IT services by active members. The decision to withdraw your rights is based on data from the TUMonline guest management. Your guest account must be regularly extended. We have also sent a copy of this email to the guest manager responsible for you (Frau Ruth Demmel, Herr M.Sc. Matthias Linhuber). If you have any questions, please contact him/her directly.
You can access your TUM mailbox, your personal storage (NAS Filer, Sync+Share, GitLab, OneDrive) and your ShareLaTeX projects and save your data for a transitional period of 90 days from the date indicated. This data will subsequently be deleted. IT services such as WLAN and VPN are no longer available.
After the transitional period, you still can use TUMonline ( [https://campus.tum.de/] ) as an alumnus/a by logging in with your TUM ID or TUM email address and password. You can manage your TUM email addresses and configure a private forwarding address to which emails sent to your TUM email address will be redirected. You are no longer authorized to use email services of your hosting institution that are managed outside TUMonline. Please consult your host regarding the handling and forwarding of any local email services.
Further information can be found on our FAQ pages at [https://www.it.tum.de/faq/] .
We would be happy to stay in contact with you as an alumnus/a of the university. You will find our Alumni- and Career Service at [https://www.community.tum.de|https://www.community.tum.de/] .
If you have any questions, please contact the TUM IT-Support:
