Hi,

Our customer has to upload new data every week and we’d like to use synology as our cloud space. Therefore, I’d like to get access to synologybruegge. My TUM ID: ga35cit

Short question: can you also give access to Claus Pribbernow? He’s the one who has to upload the data.

Hey Sajjad,
we would suggest to use nextcloud.in.tum.de.
You have 500GB storage there. You can login to it with your RBG-Identifier and just share a folder with your client.

Hi Florian,

do they need to have TUM ID or like other cloud spaces, we can share it with anyone?

Hey [~ga35cit],

no they don't need TUM/RBG credentials.
You can just create a folder in nextcloud and share it with their mail address, this can be secure with a password.
