HM 20:44 import-test Improvement #15000 (Won't Fix): Enable User Registration for Artemis Test Servers

I am currently testing user emails in Artemis on TS3, but I am unable to test the activation email because the configuration {{artemis.user-management.registration.enabled}} is not activated.
