no I never had access to the vm since I requested it.
I'm sry, I dont know what you mean by jump host but I did not use anything else then EduVPN Client.
Do I need a different VPN configuration?

Ah that's why. Thank you for adding the key. Unfortunately, I still can't connect to the vm via ssh. I am connected to the LRZ Network via EduVPN and tried connection with the key but always get a connection timeout. Am I missing something? Max Achterberg

Besides the ssh key, I dont seem to have access via password based authentication on the vm with:
